Kardashian filed for divorce just 72 days later, probably thinking that the couple's short marriage and iron-clad prenuptial agreement would mean a fast and easy divorce.
However, more than a year later, Kardashian and Humphries are still legally married as the case has inched along at a snail's pace. In a court appearance last week, Kardashian's attorney told the judge presiding over the case that her client feels "handcuffed" to her ex because the divorce is taking so long to settle.
